My kitty had a very swollen and tender foot. Of course he decided to have a medical emergency a week before we were supposed to go on vacation. They were able to get him in within 24 hrs. They didn't push unnecessary testing. They offered an X-ray, but stated they didn't feel it was necessary. He ended up having a bite. We left with meds. They were incredibly reasonable with their pricing and we can still go on vacation.
