Pueblo Community

Proud, Pet Focused: “Rooted in Service. United by Compassion.”

At Caring Hearts Animal Clinic, we believe that veterinary care goes beyond medical treatment. It's about compassion, connection, and commitment to our patients, our clients, and our Pueblo community.

Our Culture: A Team That Cares “Passion in Practice, Heart in Every Step” Care That Comes from the Heart

At Caring Hearts Animal Clinic, our culture is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and a shared purpose: to make quality veterinary care accessible to every pet family in Pueblo. Our team thrives on trust, teamwork, and a deep belief that every pet deserves to be treated with dignity no matter their age, breed, or circumstance. We work side by side, supporting one another like family, and carry that same spirit into every exam room, treatment plan, and conversation with our clients.

Founded by Drs. Corrina and Scott Hamann veterinarians with more than 25 years of experience and a legacy of leadership in Colorado’s veterinary community Caring Hearts was born from a desire to give back. After building a thriving AAHA-accredited practice in Colorado Springs, the Hamanns chose not to retire, but to reinvest their passion into Pueblo.

Their goal: is to create a practice centered on exceptional care delivered with compassion- where every pet receives the attention they deserve and every client feels supported and valued. It is a place where a talented team, positive culture and a shared commitment to animal well-being drives everything they do.

Our Community Commitment: “Giving Back, One Paw at a Time”

Every month, we donate 1% of our clinic’s earnings to a local Pueblo charity. We believe in uplifting the community that supports us, and we're proud to invest in causes that make a difference from animal rescues and youth programs to local shelters and food banks.
